  • Where do you ship to?
    At this time, we are able to ship to the USA and Canada.
  • What methods of shipping are offered?
    We offer USPS Ground and Priority Mail as shipping options. Customers can choose their preferred method at checkout.
  • How long does shipping take?
    In the continental United States, ground shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days, while Priority shipping generally takes 1 to 3 business days. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed, and factors such as holidays should be considered when placing your order to ensure timely delivery of your purchases. For deliveries to Canada, please allow up to four weeks for shipping.
  • Who is responsible for paying customs?
    The Mystic Marble is not responsible for customs fees. Customers are required to pay any customs duties, tariffs, or additional taxes and fees imposed by their country.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, which can be looked up through USPS or international mail.
  • My order was lost in the mail. What should I do?

  • My order says delivered, but I never received my order.
    Please check with your neighbors and your local USPS delivery center. Once the package has been handed over to USPS, The Mystic Marble will not be able to track your package beyond what the tracking number indicates.
  • My order was damaged during shipping; how do I proceed?
    If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 5 days. Make sure to keep all damaged packaging and products, and take photos of them. Email those photos to us, and we will assist you in replacing your products. Thank you!
  • Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed the order?
    If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately to change it. If you have already received a tracking number, we unfortunately cannot change the address as the order has already been shipped.
  • Can I expedite shipping?
    For quicker delivery, please choose Priority Mail at checkout. Please note that shipping times are determined by the mail carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
  • How long does it take to process orders?
    Please allow extra time for processing due to the handmade nature of our products. Processing times may vary depending on the number of items in your order. Please allow up to two weeks for the processing and creation of your product(s).
  • Do holidays affect processing times?
    Holidays can impact processing and shipping times. Please consider potential delays if you need your order by a specific date.
  • Do you except returns?
    The Mystic Marble accepts returns of unused and undamaged products in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us for return inquiries. **Please note that to receive a refund (excluding shipping costs), the returned product must be the original item ordered, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging within the designated return window. Products returned that did not originate from The Mystic Marble will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, by shipping back an incorrect item, the customer agrees to forfeit the refund and accepts the loss of the mistakenly returned item. Any incorrect items received will either be donated to a local charity of our choosing or disposed of properly.**
  • Is there a return shipping fee?
    If you are not satisfied with your product, please reach out to us to initiate a return. We will send you a return shipping label via email, and the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund amount. (In summary, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.)
  • When will I receive my refund?
    A refund will be issued after the returned products have been inspected. Once the refund is approved, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the transfer to be completed. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount. **Please note that to receive a refund (excluding shipping costs, both original and return shipping), the returned product must be the original item ordered, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging within the designated return window.   • Will my jewelry look exactly like the pictures?
    Please note that each stone may vary slightly in color due to its unique formation. We aim to closely replicate the original piece in the photos. While there may be minor differences in coloring or striations, we will not substitute stones, ensuring they all retain the same healing properties as shown. Please note that differences in color settings on your devices may affect photo colors.
  • Are the jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?
    Each individual has different allergies; however, we utilize high-quality materials that are specific to each product. Please refer to the product page you’re interested in, where all materials used will be listed.
